TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE:

the structure of demountable monoblock is made up by steel galvanized base and roof profiles, which are connected through angular uprights. It is an all-steel unit with appropriate thickness of 2,5 mm, zinc-plated sheets, electro welding, protected coated cycle on sight parts, white-grey colour RAL 7035.

WALLS:

the walls are made with sandwich panels, modular, self-supporting, with two faces in galvanized steel sheet, micro-corrugated finish, insulation in expanded polyurethane; the total thickness is 50 mm; panels are kept in guide by profiles of appropriate thickness which are connected   to each other by male-female joint, sealed against external atmospheric agents.; exterior/interior colour in white-grey RAL 9002.

ROOF: 

the prefabricated monoblock has a horizontal type covering, with a frame in steel section 2,5 mm thickness, galvanized and electrically welded with 8 holes for fixing and anchoring to the superimposable version and equipped with 04 plates, thickness 6 mm, with a 2.5 mm hole entirely welded to the four inner ends for lifting with a crane. It is made with sandwich panels with two faces in galvanized steel sheet, “micro-corrugated” finish, insulation is made of polyurethane foam, 50 mm thickness – flat and 90 mm fret, both sides exterior/interior are into colour white-grey RAL 9002

FLOOR: 

galvanized and electro-welded steel profile frame thickness 2,5 mm with 4 corner blocks – 6 mm thickness; contains housing for forklift forks (distance between centres mm 900 with light dimensions of pockets mm 265x65h).

Insulation with sandwich panels, isolated by polyurethane foam, 30 mm thickness, both faces are corrugated finishing and prepainted in white-grey colour RAL 9002.

Decking made of PVC sheets which are fixed by appropriate adhesives, to 18 mm thickness waterproof wooden panel.

FIXTURES: 

Aluminium/PVC white in colour RAL 9010, equipped with double glazed, PVC rolling shutters.
